Roque B. Ablan, Sr. Memorial Hospital in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte. This event was a testament
to the power of collaboration among dedicated medical professionals, generous sponsors, and

Major Surgeries
43 life-changing surgeries, including:
- Cleft lip repair
- Herniorrhaphy
- Thyroidectomy
- Cholecystectomy
- Hemorrhoidectomy
- Urolithotomy
- Gynecological procedures
- Anterior neck mass excision
Minor Procedures
73 cases, primarily involving excision of:
- Breast masses
- Lipomas
- Sebaceous cysts
- Tendon cysts
- Circumcisions
Community Outreach & Education:
Conducted 2 Lay Fora attended by a total of 250 participants, focusing on:
- Mental Wellness in Teenagers done in Ilocos Norte National HighSchool
- Mental Health During Illness done in the Provincial Hospital
Ophthalmology Services:
Ophthalmology Services:
- Free eye check-ups performed on 500 patients
- Distribution of reading glasses and sun protective eyewear to enhance visual health and
safety
